Additional documentation for the tender call has been published, extending the deadline for submitting bids. The new deadline is 2 March 2026 at 14:00 (Madrid time, Spain).
La Oficina Económica y Comercial de España en Argel, en nombre de ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones E.P.E. (ICEX), convoca una licitación para la construcción, montaje, mantenimiento y desmontaje del Pabellón de España en Batimatec 2026.
El evento se llevará a cabo del 3 al 7 de mayo de 2026. Se invita a las empresas interesadas a presentar sus propuestas de acuerdo con los requisitos de la licitación.
Las empresas que deseen participar en la licitación deberán enviar la documentación exclusivamente en formato digital (PDF), ÚNICAMENTE al correo electrónico tenders@icex.es, a más tardar el 16 de febrero de 2026 a las 14:00 h (hora de Madrid, España). Las propuestas enviadas fuera del plazo establecido serán excluidas automáticamente.

CALL FOR TENDERS FOR THE SELECTION OF A COMPANY IN CHARGE OF THE CONSTRUCTION AND DECORATION OF STANDS OF THE SPAIN PAVILION AT THE BATIMATEC TRADE FAIR 2026
ICEX Spain Trade and Investment has published a tender to select a company specialized in the construction of stands at professional trade fairs. The selected company will be responsible for building the Spain Pavilion at the BATIMATEC fair, which will be held in Algiers from 3 to 7 May 2026.

It is recommended to carefully review the deadlines, dates and requirements contained in these documents, as failure to comply with them will result in disqualification. All required documentation must be sent by email EXCLUSIVELY to tenders@icex.es before 16 February 2026 at 14:00 (Madrid time, Spain).
To ensure successful delivery, it is recommended to send files larger than 5 MB via WeTransfer, Dropbox, or similar services.
