ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones, representado por la Oficina Económica y Comercial de España en Shanghai, lanza una convocatoria de licitación para seleccionar una empresa decoradora, con el fin de llevar a cabo la construcción, montaje, mantenimiento y desmontaje del Pabellón de España en la feria CHINA INTERNATIONAL IMPORT EXPORT( CIIE) 2026.

The Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain in Shanghai, on behalf of ICEX Spain Trade and Investment, E.P.E. (hereinafter referred to as ICEX), hereby convenes a tender for the construction, assembly, maintenance and dismantling works of the Pavilion of Spain at the China International Import Expo (CIIE) 2026.
We kindly invite you to submit your quotation in accordance with the detailed specifications and annexes attached to this invitation.
All companies wishing to participate in this tender must submit their documentation exclusively in digital format (PDF) and send it ONLY to the following email address: tenders@icex.es, no later than 3 July 2026 at 14:00 (Shanghai time). Submissions received after the deadline will be automatically excluded from the process.
