La Oficina Económica y Comercial de España en Shanghái, en nombre de ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones, E.P.E. (en adelante, ICEX), convoca por la presente una licitación para la contratación de una agencia de marketing que se encargue de la creación, gestión y desarrollo de la cuenta oficial de Interiors from Spain en Rednote, con el fin de reforzar el posicionamiento de las marcas españolas del sector en el mercado chino. El contrato tendrá una duración desde la fecha de firma hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2026, con posibilidad de hasta cuatro prórrogas adicionales.
Adjunto encontrarán el pliego de condiciones de la licitación para la creación, gestión y desarrollo de la cuenta oficial de Interiors from Spain en Rednote y sus anexos correspondientes.
En caso de que su empresa esté interesada en participar, deberán remitir toda la información requerida y su propuesta por correo electrónico a tenders@icex.es a más tardar el 13 de abril de 2026 a las 15:00h (hora de Pekín, GMT+8).

TENDER FOR THE CREATION, MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE OFFICIAL REDNOTE ACCOUNT FOR INTERIORS FROM SPAIN IN THE CHINESE MARKET
The Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in Shanghai, on behalf of ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones, E.P.E. (hereinafter, ICEX), hereby launches a tender for the appointment of a marketing agency to create, manage and develop the official Interiors from Spain account on Rednote, with the aim of strengthening the positioning of Spanish brands in the sector in the Chinese market. The contract will run from the date of signature until 31 December 2026, with the possibility of up to four additional renewals.
Please find attached the tender specifications for the creation, management and development of the official Interiors from Spain account on Rednote, together with the corresponding annexes.
Proposals must be submitted exclusively by email to tenders@icex.es no later than 13 April 2026 at 15:00 (Beijing time, GMT+8). Written questions may be submitted until 5 April 2026 at 17:00 (Beijing time).
