Licitación para la construcción, montaje, mantenimiento y desmontaje del pabellón de España en Food & Hotel Asia 2026

From the Embassy of Spain - Trade Commission and on behalf of ICEX, we are glad to inform on the tender bid call for the assembling and decoration of the Spain Pavilion at next FOOD AND HOTEL ASIA (FHA) - HORECA 2026.

Proposals should be emailed (in soft copy) to tenders@icex.es by next 12^th February 2026 (09:30 am Singapore local time).

If you have any technical inquiry derived from reviewing the attached documents set, kindly email: tenders@icex.es before February 10th, 2026, at 09.30 pm Singapore local time. You may want to copy the Office in Singapore (singapur@comercio.mineco.es) so as to follow any inquiry from our end.

AMENDMENT NOTICE FOR PARTICIPATING BIDDERS

From the Embassy of Spain - Trade Commission and on behalf of ICEX, we hereby inform participating bidders in the tender offer 'Exp X073-12-2025' for the construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling works of the Spanish Pavilion to be organized by ICEX at FOOD & HOTEL ASIA 2026, to be held in Singapore from April 21^st to 24th, 2026, on one error that has been found in the tender documents regarding the Procurement Board.

Kindly note that on page 10 of the tender specifications (Section EIGHTH.- Procurement Board), the following  member was incorrectly listed:

Member: Blas García Zornoza, Trade Analyst at the Embassy of Spain in Singapore

That should be replaced by the correct member:

Member: Carolina Fernandez Infante, Promotion Manager - Build and Design

All other members of the Procurement Board remain unchanged.
