La Oficina Económica y Comercial de España en Düsseldorf (Alemania), en nombre de ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones, el pasado 23 de octubre de 2023 convocó un concurso para el diseño y ejecución de la campaña Desafía Foodtech Germany, a realizarse en Alemania durante el 2024, dando un plazo para la recepción de preguntas sobre los documentos publicados.

Con fecha de 8 de noviembre de 2023, se hacen públicas las preguntas recibidas y sus correspondientes respuestas con el objetivo de que todas las empresas interesadas dispongan de la misma información:

• At the beginning of the invitation to tender, it is stated that the Programme Manager will scout on site in Spain in addition to the kick-off event. Is it absolutely necessary for the Programme Manager to scout on site or can the Project Leader also take on this task? The Programme Manager has to assume this task. Does the scouting have to take place on site or is it up to the bidder to decide whether this makes sense? It is necessary to travel to Spain for this purpose.
• The maximum budget for the assignment is €175,000. Does this budget include the travelling expenses of the cohort during the immersion phase? The budget doesn’t include the travelling expenses of the cohort during the immersion phase. Participants have to cover their own travelling expenses.
• Are Appendix 1-3 to be submitted in signed form as part of the tender submission? Yes.
