El evento se llevará a cabo del 17 al 19 de septiembre de 2025 en el Queen Sirikit National Convention Center en Bangkok, con una superficie estimada del pabellón de 297 metros cuadrados. Se invita a las empresas interesadas a presentar sus propuestas de acuerdo con los requisitos de la licitación.

Las empresas que deseen participar en la licitación deberán enviar la documentación exclusivamente en formato digital (PDF), ÚNICAMENTE al correo electrónico tenders@icex.es, a más tardar el 4 de abril de 2025 a las 14:00 h (hora de Bangkok). Las propuestas enviadas fuera del plazo establecido serán excluidas automáticamente.

The Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in Bangkok, on behalf of ICEX Spain Trade and Investment E.P.E. (ICEX), is pleased to announc tender for the construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of the Spanish Pavilion at VITAFOODS ASIA 2025.

The event will take place from September 17th to 19th, 2025, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, with an estimated pavilion surface of 297 square meters. Interested parties are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the tender requiremen

The companies wishing to participate in the tender must send the documentation exclusively in digitalformat (PDF), ONLY to the e-mail tenders@icex.es no later than April 4th, 2025, 02:00 PM Bangkok.Proposals not submitted within the deadline will be automatically excluded.
