Invitation  for Sealed Quotation

1. The Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the “Youth Employment Transformation Initiative Project (YETI)”and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Office Furniture and Renovation Work for Project Management Unit at PMEP.
2. The project now invites sealed quotations from registered suppliers for the supply, delivery and installation of following goods and services.
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of PMEP, YETI Project [or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np.]
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the project office, PMEP,YETI Project, Singhadurwar, Kathmandu by eligible Bidders on the submission
   of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon  payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1000.00 (each) till 15 June before 12:00 pm(Noon).
5. “Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP www.bopatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically,  should  deposit  the  cost  of  bidding  document  in  the following account

6. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office PMEP, YETI Project by hand [or through  e-GP system i.e www.bopatra.gov.np/egp] on or before 12 pm(noon) on June 16, 2021. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
