1.      The Government of Indonesia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Indonesia Disaster Resilience Initiatives Project (IDRIP). The Centre of Data Information and Disaster Communication under National Disaster Management Authority intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Revitalization of BPNB & ICT Network and Infrastructure for MHEWS.

2.      Centre of Data Information and Disaster Communication, National Disaster Management Authority now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for License procurement; Existing Virtualization Software Upgrade with Management Platform Addition; Existing Hardware Warranty Extension; Activation or installation of the purchased license and Commissioning Test.

3.      Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4.      Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from National Disaster Management Authority, Centre of Data Information and Disaster Communication Project Implementation Unit and inspect the bidding document during office hours 08.00 AM to 04.00 PM at the address given below: scheduled at lpse.bnpb.go.id, email address at pokjasekretariatutama@bnpb.go.id, Gedung Graha BNPB, Jl. Pramuka Kav. 38 Jakarta Timur 13120.
