1. The Government of Indonesia has received financing from the World Bank toward the
cost of the Indonesia Disaster Resilience Initiatives Project (IDRIP). Command Centre
(Pusdalops) under National Disaster Management Authority, and intends to apply part
of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for National Disaster Management
Authority Command Centre (Pusdalops) System for MHEWS.

2. Command Centre (Pusdalops), National Disaster Management Authority now invites
sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Contact Center System; integrated contact center
system for Command Centre (Pusdalops) National Disaster Management Authority
which include voice, email, live chat social media.

3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request
for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF
Borrowers” July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement
Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement
Regulations.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from National Disaster
Management Authority, Command Centre (Pusdalops) Project Implementation Unit
and inspect the bidding document during office hours 08.00 AM to 04.00 PM at the
address: scheduled at lpse.bnpb.go.id and email:
