1.     Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika-BMKG (Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysical Agency) financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Disaster Resilience Initiatives Project (IDRIP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF DATA RESCUE.

2.     Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika-BMKG (Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysical Agency) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Digitizing Seismograph historical data 1909-1979 and Implementation of digital data to the archive system.

3.     Bidding will be conducted through NATIONAL COMPETITIVE procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers -” July 2016, Revised November 2017, August 2018 and November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders (or only to prequalified Bidders as the case may be) as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4.    Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from POKJA IDRIP Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika and inspect the bidding document during office hours 07.30 to 16.00 Jakarta Time through email address: pokja.idrip@bmkg.go.id.

5.      The bidding document in the English language can be downloaded by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. 6.      Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before December 1st, 2021 at 09.00 am Jakarta time. Electronic Bidding will be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives virtually on December 1st, 2021 at 9.30 – 13.00 Jakarta time (West Indonesia Time).

7.      Bid Security is not applicable. Bid Securing Declaration is required.
