1.    Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika-BMKG (Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysical Agency) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Indonesia Disaster Resilience Initiatives Project (IDRIP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF COMMUNICATION INFRASTRUCTURE NETWORK DEVELOPMENT (PHASE II). 

2.    Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika-BMKG (Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysical Agency) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of (1) LAN Infrastructure Revitalization at BMKG UPT (BMKG Technical Service Unit); (2) Server Revitalization at BMKG Head Office Jakarta; (3) Procurement of supporting facilities that will be installed in BMKG Head Office Jakarta. Delivery period is maximum 300 days after signing contract.

3.     Bidding will be conducted through INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, Revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 

4.     Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from POKJA IDRIP Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika and inspect the bidding document during office hours 07.30 to 16.00 Jakarta Time through email address: pokja.idrip@bmkg.go.id. 

5.     The bidding document in the English language can be downloaded by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. 6.     A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on virtually at the following date and time :

7.    Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before July 12nd, 2023 at 09.00 AM Jakarta time. Electronic Bidding will be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives virtually on July 12nd, 2023 at 9.30 Jakarta time (Western Indonesia Time). 

8.     Bid Security is not applicable. Bid Securing Declaration is required.

9.    Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
