1. The Government of Indonesia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Program to Accelerate Agrarian Reform (One Map Project), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of hardware for strengthening Land Information System (Data Center/Disaster Recovery Center infrastructure).

2. The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (MoASP/NLA) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders to provide of hardware for strengthening Land Information System (Data Center / Disaster Recovery Center infrastructure) which consist of Network Attached Storage (NAS), External Switch, Software Penetration Test, Web Application Firewall, Backup and Recovery System and Next Generation Firewalls. The equipment would be delivered to Data Center Office of MoASP/NLA within 120 calendar days.

3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) method as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 revised November 2017 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Pokja PHLN-1 UKPBJ Kementerian ATR/BPN and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09.00 to 16.30 Western Indonesian Time (local time) at the address given below.

5. The bidding document in English may be obtained by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below with free of charge. The document, which is in electronic file, will be sent by electronic mail or can be download from website (www.atr/bpn.go.id).

6.  Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 30, 2020 at 13.00 Local Time (Western Indonesian Time) The Bid submission shall only be electronically. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives through virtual/video conference Bid Opening on November 30, 2020 at 14.00 Local Time (Western Indonesian Time).

7.      All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Securing Declaration” which should be valid for 158 calendar days.
