Contract Title: Provision and Installation of Dual Polarization C-Band Radar

Reference No. : ID-BINA OP-201148-GO-RFB

1. The Indonesia Government has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Strategic Irrigation Modernization and Urgent Rehabilitation (SIMURP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Provision and Installation of Dual Polarization C-Band Radar.
2. The Directorate of Operation and Maintenance, Directorate General of Water Resource through BP2JK Wilayah DKI Jakarta now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Provision and Installation of Dual Polarization C-Band Radar, including data communication systems, maintenance tools set, measuring tools, and safety tools, radar operational support installations and Project implementation technical support delivered to Jl. A Donis Samad Bandara Tjilik Riwut, Panarung, Kec. Pahandut, Kota Palangka Raya, Kalimantan Tengah 74874 with a period of 210 days.
3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers January 2011 revised July 2014[insert correct title and date of applicable Guidelines edition as per legal agreement] (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Directorate of Operation and Maintenance, Directorate General of Water Resource, pokja15.i.2021@gmail.com and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 09.00 am – 16.00 pm. at the address given below.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before January 22, 2021 at 10.00 AM (Jakarta Time, GMT +7). Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address or by video conference(Implementation details will be announced later).
7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as appropriate of  USD 50.000.
