1. The MOLESS invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible consulting firms (“consultant”) to provide consulting services “Mid-term Evaluation of Prime Minister Employment Programme (PMEP) and Youth Employment Transformation Initiative (YETI) Project”
2. Expressions of interest shall be delivered online through e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp  or manually to the address MoLESS, PMEP, YETI Project, Singhadurwar, Kathmandu on or before 20 April 2022, 5:00 pm.
3. The Consultant Will be Selected as per World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Quality and Cost Based Selection “The World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Revised November 2020 method”.
4. Interested consulting firm may visit www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp  or visit the client’s website https://pmep.gov.np/notice for EOI applications firm and additional information.
