Assignment Title: Construction Management Consultan Lombok Water Supply System

The Government of Indonesia has received funding from the ITDP Loan World Bank 8816-ID to finance consultancy services Contruction Management Consultant Lombok Water Supply System Work.The consulting services (the services) will assists the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) under Pelaksanaan Prasarana Permukiman Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. The purpose of this work is to assist Commitment Making Official (CMO) to carry out construction including supervising, managing, controlling, and making decisions related to the implementation of WSS infrastructure construction directly. The Consultants services include: a) Maintaining efficient and effective quality, quantity, cost, and time accuracy as well as orderly administration, to produce optimal WSS infrastructure in Minister of Public Works and Housing Regulation Number 27/PRT/M/2016 of the Drinking Water Supply System Implementation and related technical specifications. b) Monitoring of implementation of work status, coordination, communication, progress, problems, data collection, and information related to the implementation of WSS infrastructure construction; and c) Achieving the construction implementation mechanism, starting from planning, organizing, directing, and controlling construction through managing costs, time, quality, risk, and human resources. The services periods will be for 12 (twelve) months with the estimated input of 114 MMs of Key Experts.

The Satuan Kerja Pelaksanaan Prasarana Permukiman Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. i.e. firm’s profile (including shareholder structure) and description of similar projects, name of client, type of services provided and brief description of the services, name and location of projects, period of contract (starting date and completion date), and contract value. The short-listing criteria are: Firms’ qualification and relevant experience in undertaking similar assignments on related Construction Management Consultan Water Supply System.

The attention of interested consultants is down to paragraph 1.9 of the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants [under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants] by World Bank Borrowers [July 2014], setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

Consultant may associate with other firms in the form of joint ventures or a sub-consultancy to enhance their qualifications.

A consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the Consultant Guidelines.

Interested consulting companies are required to access the Electronic Procurement System (SPSE) of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (MPWH) to register and submit an Interest Statement with the address https://spseicb.pu.go.id/eproc-icb/.

Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours from 08.00 to 16.30 Central Indonesia Time (GMT + 8). This expression of interest must be submitted through the Electronic Procurement System (SPSE) no later than August 9, 2022 at 08.00 Central Indonesia Time (GMT + 8).
