P154782 National Slum Upgrading Program (NSUP) GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE THE GOVERNMENT OF INDONESIA NATIONAL SLUM UPGRADING PROGRAM (NSUP) Loan No.: 8636-ID Project ID No.: P154782 The Government of Indonesia has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) toward the cost of the National Slum Upgrading Program (NSUP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for payments for consultant services and non-consultant services to be procured under this project. The project will include the following services: *National Management Consultant (NMC) to support the Project Management Unit (PMU); *Oversight Service Provider (OSP) to support PMU at regional level; *Technical Supervision Consultant (TSC/KMT) to support PMU and Project Implementation Unit (PIUs) on planning, budgeting, monitoring and supervision of project implementation; *Evaluation and Studies Consultant (ESC) to support PMU in monitoring and evaluation; *Non-Consultant Service for Capacity Building Operational Support; and *Non-Consultant Service for Advisory Team and Operational Support. Procurement of contracts financed by the World Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits (January 2011 and revised July 2014), and is open to all eligible bidders  as defined in the guidelines. Consulting services will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011 and revised July 2014). Specific procurement notices for contracts to be bid under the World Bank’s International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures and for contracts for consultancy services will be announced, as they become available, in UN Development Business, LPSE of Ministry of Public Works and Housing and/or a national newspaper.
