P117323 Power Transmission Development Project SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE   PT PLN (PERSERO) INDONESIA POWER TRANSMISSION DEVELOPMENT PROJECT Loan No.        : 7940-ID Contract Title            : Supply and Installation for Extension of 150 kV Transformer Bays for Scattered Substation (Package 1) Project ID      : P117323   PLN Reference Number: ICB/IBRD-IPTDP(SFP)/P1/2015    PT PLN through Republic of Indonesia has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) toward the cost of the Indonesia Power Transmission Development Project (Loan No 7940-ID), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan toward payments under the contract for which this Invitation for Bids is Issued.   2.   PT PLN now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders from all countries for the supply and installation of the equipment, including transportation, testing, commissioning and civil works for scattered substations in:   *Lot 1: Sumatera Region (6 locations) *Lot 2: Jakarta, Banten and West Java Region (14 locations) *Lot 3: Central and East Java Region (10 locations)   International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Bank''s Single Stage Bidding Procedures. The completion schedule is 540 days. Domestic Preference shall be applicable. Bidders may bid for one or more complete lots. Bid evaluation will be lot-wise as per details specified in the bidding documents.   3.   Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank''s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits &Grants by World Bank Borrowers- January 2011( Procurement Guidelines ), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.   4.   Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from The Procurement Officer and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 08.00 to 16.00 at the address given below.   5.   A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of IDR 5,000,000 (Five Million Indonesian Rupiah) or in equivalent US Dollars 370 (Three hundred and seventy Dollars). The method of payment will be Cash or Banker''s cheque in favor of PT PLN.   6.   Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.00 WIST on March 22, 2016. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders'' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at10.00 WIST on March 22, 2016.   7.   All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of US $ 76,000 for Lot 1, US $ 268,000 for Lot 2, and US $ 128,000 for Lot 3.
