P117323 Indonesia Power Transmission Development REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA POWER TRANSMISSION DEVELOPMENT PROJECT Sector: Power/Energy GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE Project ID No.–P117323 Loan No. : 7940-ID     PT. PLN through Republic of Indonesia has received financing in the amount of US$ 225 million equivalent from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the World Bank). PLN has already procured the following contracts:   1. Supply and Installation 275 kV Lahat, Lubuk Lingau Substations (package S-1), 2. Supply and Installation 275 kV Bangko, Muara Bungo, and Kiliranjao Substation (package S-2), 3. Supply and Installation 150/20 kV Transformer for Substations Sumatera (package S-3), 4. Supply and Installation 500/150 kV, 500 MVA Interbus Power Transformer for Java (package J-1), 5. Supply and Installation 150 kV Millennium Substation in West Java (package J-2), and 6. Supply and Installation 150/20 kV Power Transformer for Substations Central Java (package J-3).     PLN, now, intends to apply part of the proceeds from savings accrued under the Power Transmission Development Project for the payments of additional goods, works, related services and consulting services to be procured under this project.     The procurement from Savings will be carried in following contract packages following International Competitive Bidding procedures.   1. Supply and Installation for Extension of 150 kV Transformer Bays for Scattered Substation: *Lot 1: Sumatera Region *Lot 2: Jakarta, Banten and West Java Region *Lot 3: Central and East Java Region       2. Procurement of 150 kV Transformer for Scattered Substations: *Lot 1: Sumatera Region *Lot 2: Jakarta, Banten and West Java Region *Lot 3: Central and East Java Region   Procurement of contracts financed by the World Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the World Bank''s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits& Grants by World Bank Borrowers,(January 2011, revised July 2014), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines. Consulting services will be selected in accordance with the World Bank''s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grant by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011, revised July 2014).       Specific procurement notices for contracts to be bid under the World Bank''s international competitive bidding (ICB) procedures and for contracts for consultancy services will be announced, as they become available, in UN Development Business, PLN''s website [eproc.pln.co.id] and national newspapers.
