Assignment Title:

Technical Assistance for Detail Engineering Design and Supervision Component B of SIMURP

The Government of Republic of Indonesia has applied for financing from the World Bank in the amount of USD 500 million toward the cost of the Strategic Irrigation Modernization and Urgent Rehabilitation Project (SIMURP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The main objective of the consulting services are to assist the Directorate of Irrigation and Lowland, Directorate General of Water Resources, Ministry of Public Works and Housing as Central project Implementation Unit of SIMURP (i) to develop a detailed engineering design that adopt modernization steps for irrigation and drainage system including the water availability system, the full water management process, the development of the management institutions and the development of infrastructure, facilities, management information and decision support systems, then (ii) to supervise the rehabilitation, revitalization and modernization implementation for all project area ...
