2.      The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (MoASP/NLA) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders to provide of hardware for strengthening Land Information System (Data Center / Disaster Recovery Center infrastructure) which consist of Network Attached Storage (NAS), External Switch, Software Penetration Test and Web Application Firewall. The equipment would be delivered to Data Center Office of MoASP/NLA within 120 calendar days.

3.      Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 revised November 2017 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4.      Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Pokja PHLN UKPBJ Kementerian ATR/BPN and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09.00 to 16.30 Western Indonesian Time (local time)
at the address given below .

5.      The bidding document in English may be obtained by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below with free of charge. The bidding document will be sent by electronic mail or can be obtained at the address below only by the bidders who have registered.

6.      Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before April 06, 2020 at 13.00 PM Local Time (Western Indonesian Time)

Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below

7.      All Bids must be accompanied by a “ Bid Security”
of USD 99,795 (Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Five US Dollar) or in any other equivalent currency
