CONSULTANCY SERVICES (LEGAL ENTITY)

OBJECT: HIRING OF SPECIALIZED ENGINEERING TECHNICAL SERVICES TO ACT AS THE ENGINEER ACCORDING TO THE 2017 FIDIC YELLOW BOOK CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT IN THE DESIGN AND BUILD OF WORKS OF THE BANABUIÚ WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM - SERTÃO CENTRAL (SAB-SC), PART OF THE MALHA D'ÁGUA PROJECT.

1. The Secretariat of the Civil House makes public that the Government of Ceará negotiated a loan with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development - IBRD (World Bank) to Ceará Water Security and Governance Project which aims the improvement of the governance of water resources, as well as the improvement of water infrastructure and sanitation efficiency, in order to enable Ceará to face the problem of dry recurrent, aiming, above all, to ensure the water sustainability of the State and, consequently, creating conditions for sustainable development through the intersectoral strengthening of the agencies participating in the Project.
