The Ministry of Mines and Energy – MME has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Energy and Mineral Sectors Strengthening Project II – Meta II, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The Electric Energy Commercialization Chamber – CCEE, the beneficiary of the loan agreement, invites eligible consulting companies (“Consultants”) to express their interest in performing the Services.

Interested Consultants must provide information demonstrating that they have the necessary qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services, including at least the following information:

• Company presentation portfolio or prospectus.

• List of contractors to whom you have provided similar services. The list must include, for each contract:

1.1. Description of the services provided and date of conclusion of the contract.
