Invitation for Bids

1.    The Kingdom of Cambodia has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Irrigated Agriculture Improvement Project (IAIP). Part of this loan will be used for payments under the contracts named hereunder. Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB. 

2.    The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM) of the Kingdom of Cambodia (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the MOWRAM/NDC/CW05: Construction of National Water Resources Management Data Center Building (“the Works”).
