The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) and Sahel region has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of implementing the Regional Off-Grid Electricity Access Project (ROGEAP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for external audit consulting services.

The requested consulting services (“the Services”) include auditing and expressing a professional opinion(s) on the financial position of the project at the end of each financial year, and on funds received and expenditures incurred for the relevant accounting period and to ensure that the resources made available to the project are used for the purposes for which they were granted with a view to achieving the development objectives of the project as stated in the Financing Agreement.
