Assignment Title:  Consulting to evaluate the Fleet of Light Vehicles in Brazilian Households, detailing the consignment of its values and its suitability to market characteristics.

The ENERGY RESEARCH OFFICE – EPE, through the MINISTRY OF MINES AND ENERGY – MME, has received a funding from the World Bank to support the Energy and Mineral Sectors Strengthening Project II - META II, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting service presented here is to evaluate the Light Vehicle Fleet will be developed in two stages:

a) Step 1: Technical Report and preparation of Methodological Note

b) Step 2: Technical Report and with the results obtained in product 1 in statistical evaluation software.
