PT PLN through Republic of Indonesia has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) toward the cost of the Indonesia Power Transmission Development Project (Loan No 7940-ID), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan toward payments under the contract for which this Invitation for Bids is Issued. 2. PT PLN now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders from all countries for the Supply of 150 kV Power Transformers for scattered substations in: *Lot 1: Sumatera Region (6 locations) *Lot 2: Jakarta, Banten and West Java Region (14 locations) *Lot 3: Central and East Java Region (10 locations) International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Bank''s Single Stage Bidding Procedures.
