1. The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Program to Accelerate Agrarian Reform (One Map Project) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Purchasing of Database License, and Storage.
2. The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders to provide Database License, and Storage in order to strengthen the DC/DRC infrastructure to be delivered within 120 calendar days.
3. Bidding will be conducted through International competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB), “Single Stage One Envelope” procedure, as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated July 2016 revised November 2017, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
