The Government of Indonesia has received financing in the amount of USD 49.6 million from the World Bank toward the cost of the National Urban Development Project (NUDP). The Regional Infrastructure Development Agency under Ministry of Public Works and Housing intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services, namely National Urban Infrastructure Strategy (NUIS).

The Government of Indonesia requires the services of a firm to assist and formulate the National Urban Infrastructure Strategy under the direction of Regional Infrastructure Development Agency. NUIS is a national strategy paper with robust analysis that enables regional infrastructure that will de-bottleneck the benefits of urbanization, and will include infrastructure strategies that promote climate resilience, low-carbon development, densification, and transit-oriented development.

Interested Consultant firms are required to access the electronic procurement system (SPSE) of Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (MPWH) to register and to submit EOI [http://spseicb.pu.go.id/eproc-icb/].
